Dear Seniors, Plz guide me how to calculate bonus with the folowing basic+DA: 1)4943 2)5943 3)7443 4)6943 5)4057 6)3898 7)12000 8)10200 and for Fixed salaried employee = 15100

Dear friend,
If bonus is minimum, payment will be as follows :-
1) 4943
2) 5943
3) 7000 (ceiling)
4) 6943
5) 4057
6) 3898
7) 7000 (ceiling)
8) 7000 (ceiling)
Employee with a salary of 15100 is also eligible to get 7000.
