I am going through the same situation, and I have also worked in an international BPO. I am receiving offers for a US HR recruiter position, but I am unsure where this path will lead me. I do not see any other options, and transitioning from a recruiter to a generalist seems challenging. Please suggest what options I have if I choose to work as a US recruiter in an outsourcing company. Additionally, my interest lies in training. I would love to be a trainer as I am proficient in English. I envision myself as a successful HR manager within five years, but I am currently struggling with the first step of not being able to secure a generalist job. I cannot continue to stay at home. Please guide me.
