Well, I think you are putting too many keywords. If you want specific results (candidates), you need to use specific keywords. Just imagine from a candidate's point of view, what specific keywords someone working on PHP would mention on his resume. Think about it; a PHP Developer would definitely mention "PHP," "Web Developer," or "Programmer" on his CV. So, these should be your keywords. This should work in all the searches that you conduct.
