You do not need to take legal action.
Just go to the PF office and meet the PRO. In case you can't meet him then take an appointment with the DY Commissioner or the head of vigilance cell. Take all details and proof that you were working there and she it to,them. They will take action and get the money for you. I have seen them taking criminal action against the owners of the company
