There are two different cases.
1.One employee worked only 6 days in a month (april 2016) and he left the job, he told that he will not come to work. In this case need to pay PF and ESI?
2.Another Employee worked for 4 days in april 2016 unfortunately he expired (on 4th night) so need to pay PF and ESI for him? Becoz i have prepared PF and ESI, dues are 15th for PF and 21st of For ESI. Pls advise as soon as possible.

yes. you have to contribute for both the cases
1) You have to contribute for those 6 days (If last date is 6th then till 06 April) & show the date of leaving as 06 April
2) You have to contribute for those 4 days (If last date is 4th then till 06 April) & show the date of leaving as 04 April & the reason as Death)
