There is no law stipulating service conditions for managerial personnel or non-workmen cadre like the Standing Orders Act for work men.The terms of employment can stipulated as part of the contract of employment in their case. in teh form of letter of appointment or a separate code of conduct/service rules can be framed to be part of the contract of employment.
