Hi Anshu, Why the Score obtained =__*15 Total no. of attributes*4 So why it is multiplied by 4. Thanx , Nidhi

The PMS developed by you looks great. But most of the TLs/ Managers find it cumbersome to fill such lengthy forms and then they start giving points without thinking to just finish the peocess.
Is there any way that we can keep the PMS process short and simple but with the same approach..?
