Hi KPA and JD vary from company to company and industry to industry and profile to profile.Please sit with your senior and make notes of requirements and then design the JD and KRA.After getting guidelines from your senior you can take help from citehr posts and google and it will help you better.

The subject comes for discussion time and again. Are you from HR? If yes, then you are responsible to prepare Job Description (JD) only. Preparation of KRAs for the position of RSM and ZSM is the responsibility of a senior person to whom these person report. Secondly, you cannot prepare KRA for these two designations in isolation.
