We had compliance audit 10 days ago, we had more than 20 major NC due to low knowledge about compliance audit. kindly help me to avoid this issue at now and future.

In the future, it is essential to be well-versed in all labor Acts (Factory/Shop & Establishment, ESIC, PF, Industrial Disputes, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.), as well as the key judgments of the Supreme Court and High Courts related to labor wages, welfare, or safety. You may find valuable information on websites such as ILO, SEDEX, SA 8000, BSI MERCH, which offer guidance on compliance audits.
