Has the procedure been done in private hospital or you are planning only? Please approach your ESIC clinic and get officially referred if it is authorised.

Hi Mr.Ashok,
Please visit the ESI dispensary - If there is lack of facility to treat your wife illness they will refer you to other private hospital where ESI had tie up to give medical service to your wife.
