Hi all, one of our employee has taken leave from Tuesday & we have Holiday declared by co. on Monday. Sunday is weekly off. Should we consider his leave from Tuesday or Sunday. Please Guide... Thanks

The leaves have to be considered from Tuesday. There cannot be prefixing of the leaves. The weekly off or holiday will be part of the leaves only if they fall right in between the leave period. For example, if Saturday and Monday the person is on leave, then Sunday will be a leave and not a week off.
