Recently Honb'l High Court of Patna passed an order for CWJC no. 20579/2014 in the matter of CBT through APFC (Legal) v/s s.k.nasiruddin biri marchent Pvt. Ltd. that tribunal has no jurisdiction to condone the delay after 120 days which is enclosed herewith for the reference.
