I am new to this forum. I have resigned from my current job (serving NP) without having received any offer in my hand due to some personal issues, and now I am looking for a job change. It goes without saying that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. So the correct thing to do is to make sure that you get a new job before you leave what you have. Experience will certainly improve your decision-making in the future.

However, if at that time it is the only way to handle the personal problem, then your decision is the right one because with your experience and knowledge, you can secure another job.
