I am working in an IT Company with a strength of 50 approx.
Do companies follow a std no. of working days while calculating salary? Mostly salaries are calculated based on the formula: (Monthly Gross*(no. of days present/26)), Generally 26 working days are considered.
But then is it 26 working days for 31 days month & 25 for 30 days month , what about Feb?
And also, what about national holidays?
