Please help me with the ratio calculation of employee vs hr. As in our organisation there are 417 employees are working.

There is no fixed ratio It will depend on lots of different factors mainly what is the work load that will apply

This will vary from establishment to establishment. If it's a highly labor-intensive unit like factories, a higher HR manpower ratio would be required, especially when they are unionized. A unit can optimize its HR strength by offloading some of its statutory services/welfare measures like canteen attendance maintenance, security, and sometimes payroll processing, facilities like housekeeping, maintenance, etc. In some units, medical needs are also offloaded. Therefore, the policy of the management will prevail in this respect.
