Dear All,

I am working as an HR manager in a cancer hospital. This hospital has been newly opened, and it is in a rural area. My boss has asked me to handle HR responsibilities. Besides attendance and salary, what other things do I need to implement as an HR manager in a hospital? I won't receive any training here. I have completed my MBA in HR and graduated this year. I am in desperate need of help from seniors.

We feel that being associated with hospital activities, it will be quite relevant to focus on welfare activities for hospital staff. On and off, all the staff can be invited to contribute towards welfare activities. You can discuss with them their personal problems in case they want to share, make arrangements for some types of group activities and games during weekends, which will provide them with a much-needed break from the monotonous routine work.
