Hi All,
This is Gevetha and im new to this HR field
I have an idea to improvise my career as an SAP HR Consultant
I would like to know wat r the steps i need to follow and Is there any seperate course that i should do???
Pls do give me valuable suggestions my seniors..

with experience of 5 monts.i think u have learnt the art of fundamental application if u r into core HR d if u r into Recruitment i think u have learnt only that.
I suggest u only one thing first know the all dimensions of HR.gain the max knowledge on each and every one for this u will take at least 2 years.concentrate on it.later u will get a chance to select the best one out of existing modules in SAP HR.

Dear Ms Gevetha,
with this experience what do u have.i don't think u need to go for any onther course.later on as ur experience increases there will be a chance for u to get sepcilized accouding to ur interest at that point of time u can opt for other corses.
For now concentrate on ur carrier and go through all the mails which are been posted by friends.analyze from ur end go throught all the opinions of others.
