I am working with a HR Software products company as analyst
It is learnt that rupee appreciation has negative impacts on export business (garment, IT services) and proactive companies are already started cost cutting excercises, employee efficiency improvement ( IT companies are trying to utilise existing resources and not to keep more people in bench)
If we can brainstorm more ideas here in this forum, definitely citehrians can utilise the same and add value to business
