They want to start ESOP - Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
Kindly guide me regarding ESOP. I have no experience in this domain.

Dear Shwetavi,
ESOP needs legal approvals from Shareholders. It is not a matter to be dealt by HR alone. It will require a lot of effort from your legal and secretarial team as the matter will need approval from Board of Directors and the Shareholders. It shall be governed by the ESOP guidelines issued by SEBI and also provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
