hi i have total 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, but i have not been working since 1 and half year, i had to quit my job after wedding, now m quite eager to join as EA but i m not getting selected just becoz of long gap. what should i do, its demotivating me, just because now m married or any other reason. long gap in my job doesn't mean i forget how to work. i still can give my best.

Probably during interview you can ask the potential employer to take practical demo of your skills.
Tell them that yuo can in the practical test-show your skills of office administration,guiding and training lower clerical staff etc.
When there are such gaps in work experience,employers will be careful and double check.
That is normal procedure.
But with the motivation you have I am sure that chance for good office job will come your way.
