I have completed my M.Sc. and B.Ed. and started my career in teaching. However, I later transitioned into a BPO role, where I have been working for the past six years. As I approach my thirties, I find myself feeling uncertain about my career path. I am torn between continuing in teaching or pursuing a long-term career in the BPO industry. I would appreciate some guidance on what would be the best fit for me.

Dear Rushika,
The choice of a career is always challenging, but whatever career one chooses, the quality of English should be given priority. Your 53-word post has numerous mistakes. It appears that you have completely dissociated yourself from the basics of English grammar. I strongly recommend fixing this flaw first.
To improve the quality of the post, the basic requirement is to type the post in MS Word and then paste it on this forum. Is your post a reflection of your quality orientation? Please ask yourself this basic question.

Analyse in your mind, why did you suddenly switch over from teaching to a BPO firm. The job contents are totally different. Teaching is a noble profession. Was it money considerations or issues on the teaching job that made you change over? You have to take a hard look at the present job and see whether it will suit you after some years.
While teaching is a profession with totally different requirements and satisfaction levels, one must have an inclination towards the profession. All are not cut out to be a good teacher but can shine in other professions. A teacher needs to be professionally knowledgeable and constantly updating his techniques of teaching, interaction with students, etc. Teachers have to be meticulous in their work - they should be sharp to point out spelling and grammar mistakes, which means they themselves need to maintain high standards when in class or dealing with students.
This career decision can only be taken by you based upon your outlook. A teaching job will give mental satisfaction much beyond what a BPO job can give. It is basically your call.
