Tell the forum the entire story/episode whether written or verbal, what went wrong that you are terminated after 23 years of service. Without knowing the entire incidence it will be difficult to give any view.

You need to give more information about your employment.
Any written appointment letter.
Terms and conditions etc and also any reason for termination.Based upon information members of this learned forum may be able to guide you.
From the bare info you have given, the termination appears to be incorrect and can be challenged legally or by writing to District Education officer for his intervention.

You also need to tell if it was an aided school run by the trust or was it a private school. Here the rules are different. Also let us know the terms and conditions in your appointment order... and if you were on contract basis? and that your contract is not renewed as of now.

You appear to have worked in Delhi. If your school is a recognized school under Delhi School Education Act then you should not accept full and Final settlement rather challenge the illegal termination.
If it is a non recognized school and covered under Delhi Shops and Establishment then you will be entitled to only one month's wages under this Act.
Thanks
