Hi, just wanted to know that is there any PF kind off scheme for higher salaried employees (above 35k) in the private organization? Where both employee and employer can contribute..

Yes, You can contribute to PF scheme @ of 12% of your basic salary form both Employee & Employer side who has higher salary (above 35K). As such the current PF ceiling limit is 15000 Basic+DA but still the contribution can be extended by mutual concern of Employee & Employer both. But for this you may need to take permission from your management as the more contribution will increase the CTC.

You should read the details and FAQ on PF site first.
Then you would have automatic had the answer.
PF scheme provides for 12% of salary of employee being deducted and deposited with the department with matching contribution from employer. Where salary is above ₹15000, the deductions are to be made Asif the salary is ₹15,000.
The act also allows voluntary contribution by the employee above the limit specified, subject to not exceeding total deduction from gross salary of 50% (payment of wages act). The employer is not required to match the contribution beyond ₹1800 per month. However, nothing in the law prevents the employer from giving more.
