I believe they are the dependents of your husband, which implies they are dependents on you too. You can show the bills for tax exemption. Pon

Medical reimbursement on self and family is exempt up to Rs. 15,000/- under Section 17 (viii) of the Income Tax Act. For this purpose, family has been defined u/s 10(5) as spouse and children of the individual; and the parents, brothers and sisters of the individual, wholly or mainly dependent on the individual.
