I have gone through previous messages related to how to plot bell curve on excel but none is very detailed. Please guide me on how to plot bell curve on Excel 2007 for performance appraisals. Also, guide me on how to plot paretian or power law curve on excel for the same purpose. An early reply will be of great help.

Dear Mathur Surbhi,
I usually do not give answers "on a plate". However, I will make an exception to highlight how easy it is to get information from the web.
I used key words from your query to search the web and got detailed instructions at http://www.statisticshowto.com/graph...on-excel-2007/ You can find more links at https://www.google.co.uk/#q=plotting...+in+excel+2007
Could you please do the same for your second query and give us links from the web?
Thanking you in advance.

Hello MAthur Surbhi,
Bell Curve analysis has been discussed a number of times in Cite HR threads previously.
Please search Cite HR Archives by typing BELL CURVES inside the Title box WHAT DO YOU NEED.
You find the title bar right above this page.
After typing press 'research'. You can find plenty of illustrations including ready to use templates.
In one of them I have made some comments on including some features.
