Do you know why business contract/ agreements are important to establish good and healthy business relationships?
Do you have any agreement/contact with your client?
In any business relationship, contracts are binding on the parties even if they are only verbal. Business owners put their agreements to writing to benefit from court enforcement if necessary but if you dont have any contract/ agreement, how can you fight for your rights or justice and trust anyone on verbal communication or promises?
But if you have the conditions set for your business with clients, you can challenge them legally.
