For a workforce of 10 employees, ESI (Employee State Insurance) is mandatory, while PF (Provident Fund) is not required. However, if you still wish to register for PF, it can be done online. The ESI application forms need to be completed and submitted to the ESI department along with the necessary supporting documents.

1. It would be better if you could contact the appropriate nearest Branch Office and Social Security Officer of ESIC to obtain information regarding the complete procedure for such registration.
2. Firstly, you are required to obtain a Code Number under the ESI Act, and this procedure is also available online on the website of ESIC. Thereafter, the registration procedure for employees should be completed.
