Ask the 3 people to work in the following timing:
9.00 AM - 6.30 PM - Person 1
5.00 PM - 2.30 AM - Person 2
1.00 AM - 9.30 AM - Person 3
You cover 24 hours, plus u get each person working for only 9.5 hours a day
You also get a 1.5 hour overlap for each shift
Keep rotating the people so that you dont have the same people doing night shifts.
