I want to know that my salary on 31.08.2014 was 7000, and I do not contribute to PF. Now the wage ceiling limit has been increased to 15000/-. My question is if my company agrees to hike my salary above 15000/- per month, will I have to contribute to PF? If yes/no, please refer to any court judgment.
