I Have done my E-PGDM in HR after completing Engg. I need suggestion to choose right option for career growth.
1) How is HR in IT different from HR in Non- IT field?? Can someone put light on this.
2) Is it good option to join Non-IT company as fresher?
3)Is it right to join an IT company with not good profile or Good profile in small company?

1. 1st thing to get job in any company it may be small or big. company doesn't matters but your knowledge will be gauge in future companies during interview so get knowledge on HR functions.
2. Theory work and practical work both are different.i
3. if you will work in IT or Non IT that doesn't matters, so 1st priority to get job if IT or Non-IT.
