There is some mistake in the employee's name in the records for ESIC. How can I correct the Temporary Identity Certificate (TIC) details?
In TIC update, I have already changed personal details but it does not seem possible to change/ edit Name and Dispensary Details (On TIC). Please help me with how to make these changes?

This is possible only at your branch office of ESIC wherein you are registered. We have had such instances. You need to write a letter to ESIC Branch manager, wherein your branch is registered and tell them regarding the mistake in TIC's name. You have to give the correct name and the branch officials will change the same.
We have done this in case of couple of our employees wherein the name was misspelled.
