Our organisation is a family oriented oranisation. Recently their next generation has started coming our organisation and looking after certain departments. After joining I decided to prepare an organisation structure. Please advise whether I should put all the family members name, who joined our organisation in top of the structure or not.

hi, Don’t add all the name it may create problem in your organization. discuss with your senior officers before preparing the chart. or wait for some days. Regards, Renupriya daniel
