Hi,.
I am Manoj, currently working on third party payroll for usa based company. It was mutually decided that they will give me flat amount in my hand and will not deducted any charges & they are only liable to deducted their payroll charges from my salary. say amount is 40000 and payroll deductions are 10% so the salary will be rs 36000. I have asked them to provide me a salary for the same, now they are asking me to provide a format for salary so what kind of format should i send to them though i m responsible for all my tax deduction and expenses.
I have to file ITR too and authority is asking for Salary slips to do the process.can any professional will help me to sort out the matter and also help me with the format that would be considerable in all legal manner.

For filing ITR, salary slips are not required. U need Form 16 from your employer, which contains all the relevant information concerning your taxation.

Apart from what Mr. Dixon had stated, you need to let the forum know the deductions from your salary, the salary breakup, and the investment so as to calculate the TDS amount, the TDS has to be deducted and deposited by the employer only and not by the employee. Once you receive your Form 16 you can file your ITR
