The project/field staff will be left the job after completion the Particular project. Our NGO cut PF for 10 staff ( work for more than 5 years) and deposit the amount in ICICI bank and from where organization paid ICICI policy - Pension scheme. So the NGO doing good work staff. but my question is NGO also have to open EPF account for staff

It depends upon management decision totally wether they are interested to open employees account or not. although company is doing well for employee. If you are working as and HR person over there then you can suggest to them for opening EPF account.
