Recently i resigned from my company and i am serving notice period. To retain me they have said me that they will provide INR 4000 on monthly basis as VARIABLES and it will be added in the CTC.
So currently my in hand salary is 22k and after accepting their offer i will get 22k + 4000 Variables even my performance is 0%) so now its 26k In hand. If i change my company in future i will get a hike on 22k or 26K and is varaibles added in CTC.
Please help ASAP.
