Hello Everyone, I am working as HR Administrator in IT company recently we had terminated two employees because their performance was not good and they not follow the company policy, now the problem is that they both employees have not completed their probation period, can any one guide me in this case what type of letter we should issue them?

First of all let us know the termination clause during probation, secondly have you given any show cause notice for poor performance and not adhering the company policy, did you received any explanation.
If termination letter is issued which is relieving from the company you have to settle the FNF and no other documents required.

Thank you for your prompt response. What do you mean by FNF? Could you please guide me as to how to prepare the termination letter in this case? Could I please have any formats?
Many thanks in advance for your help.

FNF means Full and Final Settlement, with regards to termination letter please ensure that show cause notice is given and explanation is sought, also review the termination clause beforehand
Please find below the format of the termination letter
