yes i also find it very true ... more so the fact that initially innovation n creativity is encouraged but finally it is never accepted ... ppl r not ready to face change at all!

Hi,
It was good PPT,but one thing that is coming into my mind after viewing it are:
1) We should look for pecock at the time of selection.
2) If so than we as HR person also want that new employee should be able to gel with the Org.Culture.
3) He should also work in team.....and many more issues.
So while the process of selection whom to hire PEACOCK or Penguin.
Because in the end:
1) we want to retain the employee who has joined us.
2) There shuoldnt be clashes of the views.
3) It might create un wanted politics in the Org.
