I'm Dinesh from Coimbatore. I'm working as an HR Executive at a Software Company. I'm new to this HR field; just 3 months ago, I started my career. Now, my MD has asked me to create a Performance Management system for employees in my company. I need to review the performance of each and every employee through their Team Leads. Therefore, I need to create a set of performance-related questions to ask the team leads about the employees. Kindly help me create these questions.

Implementing a Performance Management System (PMS) in your company is a significant task. As you are relatively junior, it would be advisable to request the Managing Director to hire an external consultant. Taking a half-hearted approach could potentially do more harm than good.
