First of all would like to understand on the below listed points
- nature of work/job whether its a white collar or blue collar?
- Work hourly basis. Have you defined the number of hours per week/month?
- Hows the pay cycle?
- What is the pay method?
- What bracket of payments being made?
Based on the above said points will be able to suggest. However its imperative to maintain the Salary slips being handed over to all the employees associated as it will be beneficial from the individual and organizational point of stand. Below are the components which can be included
Basic
HRA
Conveyance
Allowances (Medical/LTA/Telephone etc.)
Project/Special Allowance
PF
ESI (if applicable)
