Employee PF Withdrawal Rules: Understanding Contributions and Pension Eligibility - CiteHR

Dear Seniors, please suggest if an employee worked with an organization for only one month, and PF was deducted from his CTC. After resignation, can he withdraw his PF contribution? If yes, then what share - all Provident Fund amount only or Pension + Provident Fund both.

Dear Shishir, He can withdraw PF only. For withdrawal from Pension fund, there should be a minimum service of six months. Abbas.P.S

That’s true... as he said Pension cannot be withdrawn if service is less than 6months
