Please suggest if any employee worked with an organization for one month only and PF was got deducted from his CTC.
After resignation can he withdraw his PF contribution.
If yes then what share-
All Provident fund amount only or Pension + provident fund both

Dear Shishir, He can withdraw PF only. For withdrawal from Pension fund, there should be a minimum service of six months. Abbas.P.S
