Hi Nidhi,

This is, in reality, very true. If one has worked in line functions, they can relate very well to such situations. :) It also teaches us in a light way to manage things to find proper solutions rather than a "band-aid" approach or just focus on "Boss Management," which is today a norm in reality at workplaces.
