All the employees are paid more than 15000 per month. Is EPF and ESI applicable to the firm?

Please help me regarding ESI and EPF. A company has 9 employees and all the employees are paid more than 15000 per month. Is EPF and ESI applicable to the firm?

Hi, both act are not applicable for your unit PF Act is applicable when you have more than 20 employee ESI act is applicable when you have more than 10 employee Nilesh Dhameliya Manager HR
