any one tell how to calculate man days lost for an year and the same for six months as per the Indian standard

Dear Sureshramasamy, The calculation of frequency and severity rate for man-hours/days lost adheres to IS 3786 and is universally accepted. It is mostly preferred in PPM (Parts per million).
