Dear Member,
The injured employee will be entitled for following benefits in cash provided the accident report is submitted by the employer in time and case is admitted as that of employment injury by ESIC Branch Office:-
1. Temporary Disablement Benefit during the period the employee is temporarily incapacitated due to such accident as may be certified by ESI dispensary/hospital.
2. Permanent Disablement Benefit( after being declared fit). Such permanent disablement is decided by the medical board as constituted by ESIC under said Act on the basis of loss of earning capacity due to such accident.
In addition, medical facilities can be availed by said employee.
For Rates of such cash benefits kindly see Rule 57 of ESI (Central ) Rules, 1952.

Can you told me that Esic will consider 100% amount of leave for paying or reduce the percentage.
one of my friend told me that they will consider only 70% to 80% leave amount. processor are same for accidental case.
please guide me.

Its totaly deponds on ESIC- Local office manager & accident reports, submitted by your self/company.
if accident in the primess, % upt to 80-90% & accident- out of primess, % up to 60%.

Accident in our factory premises & I have also submitted the accident report in Local office.He has lost his 7 fingure of both hands by paper cutting machine.as per disablity how much pension will consider.
