dear all
for 2013 our company didn\'t pay bonus . but in july 13 basic salary was given to employee. also in nov 13 we paid gross. as u knw both amount is more than of the bonus calculation but we want to consider one pay as bonus ..please suggest us which one is better option & is this right...as
