In our corporate life, we always look out for the perfect solutions, perfect answers and perfect situations. However, life is not so perfect and the imperfections of life can be handled only through knowledge and wisdom. Here are a few lessons that I found quite useful and handy from the book Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook.

Hello Riti V Srivastava,
Thank you for sharing the nice, crisp article.
It lays emphasis on four aspects.
1.0 INTIATIVE
I fully agree with this concept.
It requires to be reminded often, lest we should become complacent
about what we do and things that go around us.
2.0 BEING LIKE A CHILD
It is a great concept that had often fascinated me.
We all learn to move quickly to other things, alas only when we were young.
This wonderful trait is lost as we grow up (hindsight is that growth!)
3.0 NICETY
Being nice is good but not at the cost of something that rocks your own stability.
4.0 GROWTH
Undisputedly this is the only way to survive.
On the whole the article is a good contribution.
