Can anyone share me the Maharashtra Statutory Compliance check list.??

Please elaborate your requirement such as what type of establishment you want to set up, apporx. headcount, location within Maharashtra as local municipal laws are different and will play a major role in statutory compliance.

Dear Mr. Vighnesh,
As far as I understand, you are seeking information with regards to labour law compliance. However, it is unclear whether the persons are employed by the contractor or the company itself on its roll.
Assuming that you are a manufacturing company employing 50 persons, following legislations are attracted to say the least
1. PF - Register with PF Office and make PF compliance
2. ESIC - Generate ESIC Code as Sanaswadi falls in Implemented Areas
3. MLWF i.e. Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund - Register your establishment and pay nominal contributions per employee on a half yearly basis
4 Factories Act - Make Statutory Declaration to the Inspector and get the sanction of the factory layout
5 Profession Tax - Registration and monthly compliance
