Hi all, I have a 3-year gap between my graduation year and my first job. Since I got married right after college, I wasn't able to work. However, I am currently working for a domestic BPO. If I want to apply to multinational companies like TCS or Citi, would this be a problem? This gap in employment is a common social issue faced by many women in the south. Will they consider this a valid reason?

Yes, that will be a good enough reason, and you don't need to be excessively worried about it. The way to look at it is, it is something that you need to explain to your recruiters, but it is something you can easily explain. Don't be under unnecessary pressure over the gap.
