i need to know following
I went for training for 2 weeks to abrod. I had sign a bond for 3 years and if i left company i have to pay 3 lks. but the structure of bond is that, i am goning for training for my own skill development. the bond is completely one sided, menace in both case either company terminate me or i left i have to pay the money
plz guide whether i can break this bond or not?
