Sandeep Esic has been raised to 25,000/- by central govt but the date of commencement has not yet finalized.

You are right present ESIC ceiling is Rs.15000/- and EPF ceiling is Rs.6500/-
No changes as on date. No government order for any changes.
Ignore the paper cuttings, it all saying...no order passed as of now.
